WATCH SPECS & WARRANTY

Most of our watches have a water resistance of 3ATM & 5ATM. 

3 ATM = limited waterproof, splash-proof: The watch is protected from splashes such as rain, must not be immersed in water, and must not be used in swimming or sauna.

5 ATM = limited waterproof: The watch can be used in humid conditions, e.g. in surface water. The watch can withstand splashes, shower and is suitable for swimming. It is not suitable for water sports, pool-side diving or sea diving.

Note: The warranty does not cover the watch strap, only the watch itself.

Our leather straps are made of genuine cow-hide leather or artificial leather, depending on the type of watch.

The glass we use for our watches is made of hardened mineral reinforced glass, which is scratch resistant.

OBSYSS offers one year warranty for all its watches that covers manufacturer's defects after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. 

You can also get a Lifetime Warranty for a small additional cost for each watch

Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it is a production error, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt (order confirmation email).

Yes, you can purchase a Lifetime Warranty per watch

Watch batteries are designed to not need replacing often. The battery duration will depend on the watch and its features, but a newly purchased watch should last up to 2 years, or even up to 3 or 4 years in some cases. 

If you do need to replace the battery - any watch repair shop or jeweler should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't recommend replacing the battery yourself, as it requires special tools and expertise.

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept cash on delivery.

With world-leading technology, all watches are manufactured in Beijing by certified watch artisans. We have warehouses in Singapore and China.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of placement, however, due to the high demand for our products & quality control procedures this can sometimes take up to 7 business days.

Yes, we ship all our products worldwide. However, due to shipping restrictions at our warehouse sites, we are unable to deliver our items to a few countries. For details please refer to our shipping policy: https://obsysswatches.com/policies/shipping-policy. We are working to improve this, and are always improving our shipping methods! 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. 

OBSYSS is not responsible for any duties/taxes that will be applied to your package. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees.

ORDER INFORMATION & CUSTOMER CONCERNS

We will do everything we can to modify your order upon your request - but if the order is already processed from our end, we will not be able to change the order. Please contact us as soon as you can if you wish to modify your order. 

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive the tracking information via email and your order status will change to "Fulfilled".

Please always check your SPAM/junk folder, and wait at least 15-20 minutes after ordering. If you still didn’t receive any confirmation, email us at Hello@obsyss.com and we'll get back to you shortly. 

As we process orders after 4 hours of purchase, if you have decided to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at support@obsyss.com within the 4 hour purchase window so we can handle your cancellation request in time.

Although unlikely, if you received the wrong model or color, please send us an email immediately at support@obsyss.com. Please include a clear photo of the item you received as well as the packaging that came with it. There is information shown in the packaging that could help us further check and resolve it as soon as possible.

We will carefully pack your watch making sure it arrives at your door safely and intact. In very rare cases, if your watch has been broken/damaged during delivery, we will send a replacement free of charge for you. Please reach out to us at support@obsyss.com

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. Note that the customer is financially responsible for all costs associated with the return of the product.

If you experience any problems with the functionality of your Obsyss watch, our dedicated support team is here to assist you and will guide you through troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

In order to better understand the problem you're facing, we will request that you provide us with a short video demonstrating the issue. This will help our team assess the problem accurately and provide you with the most effective solutions.

Once our support team verifies the defect through the provided video, we will initiate a prompt and hassle-free 1-time replacement process. Our goal is to ensure that you receive a fully functional product as quickly as possible. if on any occasion the replacement unit shows any defect, the customer has 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return.
